- 审核销售单据，确保及时准确入账及完成月度报告。
- 根据信用政策评估客户信用等级，控制信用销售和发货。
- 与销售团队合作，制定月度回款计划，并进行月末总结。
- 每月核对销售数据，解决账目不符问题。
- 与客户月度对账，定期发送催款函及对账单。
- 管理指定客户的应收账款，促进及时回款，降低财务风险。
- 定期核查账目，确保账证相符，解决未处理账务。
- 管理各类票据和凭证，确保及时入账和存档。
- 本科及以上学历。
- 三年以上制造业经验，包括海外应收账款管理经验。
- 熟练操作财务软件。
- 精通Microsoft Excel和Word。
- 出色的沟通和写作能力。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 薪资：RM10k至RM15k。
- 业绩奖金。
- 在中国的为期三个月的培训。

Join a leading automotive parts manufacturer specializing in producing high-quality components for the automotive industry. With advanced production facilities located in China and an expansive market reach, our client is dedicated to innovation and excellence in automotive engineering.Responsibilities:
- Audit and record sales transactions to ensure accurate and timely accounting and monthly reporting.
- Evaluate customer credit ratings according to the company's policies and manage credit sales and deliveries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan monthly debt recovery and provide end-of-month summaries.
- Reconcile sales data monthly and address discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly account reconciliations with customers, regularly issuing reminders and statements.
- Manage accounts receivable for assigned customers to encourage timely payments and reduce financial risks.
- Regularly review account statements to ensure accuracy, resolving any outstanding accounting issues.
- Manage various bills and documents, ensuring timely entries and proper archiving.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, including managing overseas accounts receivable.
- Proficient in financial software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Salary: RM10k to RM15k.
- Performance bonus.
