- Recruit and train electrical & automation technicians.
- Inspect and maintain building systems and process machinery.
- Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget within the electrical, instrumentation & control area and ensure compliance.
- Contribute to maintenance program optimization.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Together with the rest of the team, being a key player to develop and maintain a safe work environment.
- Oversee all facility and utilities repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
Planned starting date is asap, but can be negotiated.Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
- Bachelor´s Degree within Electrical Engineering or relevant areas or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years´ experience within the electrical field
- Successful management/ team lead experience
- High technical knowledge in electrical, instrumentation and automation.
- Experience from, and motivated to, setting up work methods and procedures from scratch, work with overall time schedule planning both for short and long time.
- Excellent English written and oral skills
- Good technical knowledge about electrical, automation, pneumatic and industrial instrumentation.
- Good technical knowledge about 33kV and 400V electrical systems
- Proven skills in working with continuous improvements in industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Effective budgeting and performance management.
- Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
