Job Description & Summary A career within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:Participation in pre-sales meetings with the project manager
Customer identification
Participation in testing the prototype of the developed system over the implementation of the tasks set by the Control
Decomposition and evaluation of tasks
Development of search solutions
Recording in the terms of reference with deviations from the requirements for future functionality
Control over the signing of final documents
Development of reports/ presentations on different topics
Assisting in the design, development, test and implementation of new business processes
Managing a team of junior colleagues on daily basis
Communicate with clients on project execution
Work closely with senior colleaguesKnowledge, Skills and Experience:

Completed University degree in business field (IT, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management);
At least 3 years of relevant experience within IT, consulting, banking and/or other industry sectors;
Minimum one (1) year of experience as an in-charge / senior / team lead;
Russian – fluent, English – intermediate or above (both oral and written)
Knowledge of the business process robotization cycle
Experience in writing technical specifications
Theoretical, basic knowledge of UiPath, SAP technologies, etc. is welcome
Python, C++, C# etc. will be a plus
Agile experience: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) will be plus
Experience as a business analyst in the field of business process automation

Soft skills:

Ability to operate in multitask environment
Ability to assess and control the timing of implementation
Competent oral and written speech, active life position, responsibility
Experience with programmers
Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint slides structuring and preparation);
Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines;
Business and analytical writing skills (both in Russia and in English).
Candidate needs to be adaptable, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team;
Ability to comfortably interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and mature manner.
Ability to manage junior colleagues;
Strong work ethics, integrity and judgment;
Strong intellectual curiosity;
Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
