- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR 10 plus years of experience in automation
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Applications, and Plant Floor Operations
- Proficient in Computer Programming Skills including SQL, HTML, and JAVA
- Strong problem-solving skills in Information Technology, network management, and system designs
- Experience supervising or leading teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving
- Exceptional presentation skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrate strong Project Management skills within the controls automation environment
- Lead a team of engineers as required, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving project objectives
- Spearhead the execution, deployment, and integration of both hardware and software components
- Provide dedicated support to program goals during launch phases, ensuring adherence to standards in both build and process
- Lead or support Controls Coordinators, Launch Engineers, Simulation Specialists, Robot Specialists, and Automation Specialists
- Offer comprehensive management, tracking, resolution, follow-up, and reporting on project activities
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Microsoft Office Suite software programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access, Outlook, and SQL)
