- Own Marketing-operations system architecture and strategy, ensuring seamless data flow between martech platforms (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Marketo Engage, Marketo Measure, and Saleforce CRM).
- Manage lead/contact/account data strategies, scoring, routing, and reporting within the existing framework.
- Maintain the health of the database, including contact enrichment, opimization, cleansing & deliverability, compliance management, and segmentation management.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and optimize campaign creation workflows & scaled marketing outreach programs.
- Implement and setup multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Define KPIs and funnel metrics, and develop insights to measure the impact of marketing on the overall business.
- Document operations processes and strategies and provide training to cross-functional teams when required.
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests aimed at enhancing customer experience and lead generation.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns via Marketo & Marketo Measure.
- Setup campaigns across CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Provide trackable HTML content links.
- Review and create email template requirements for outbound email campaigns and custom landing pages.
- Create and manage UTMs, Web Forms, Gated Content, custom content.
- Own and manage UTM web tracking end-to-end, identifying and resolving issues.
- Setup email programs, load content, and send tests.
- Analyze and report on email performance and lead-scoring models.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to support outreach efforts.
- Analyze weekly dashboards reporting and collage weekly executive performance reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations, in both the B2B and B2C space.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Marketo Engage, Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Familiarity with HTML and web tracking technologies.
- Strong project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MAP Certified, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), or similar certification.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
