Developing models to predict antibiotic resistance frequencies.
Modelling how interactions within the gut microbiome shape bacterial populations.
Uncovering the role of plasmid transmission and horizontal gene transfer in the spread of clinically concerning traits.
The Evolutionary Epidemiology group, led by , is a friendly, growing team, soon to be based at University of Lausanne's . Strong analytical and quantitative skills (MSc in a quantitative subject).
Fluency in at least one programming language (e.g. R, Python, C++, Matlab).
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
