ROLE : Manager/ Sr Manager Sales SEA & ANZ (Open Position - 1) LOCATION : Bangalore REPORTING TO : Senior Director - Sales & BD EXPERIENCE : 7- 10 Years BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES : Trusted advisor to clients in choosing right solution and value creation Drive revenue and growth for Algonomy's Marketing products in SEA and ANZ portfolio includes Customer Data Platform , Personalization Solutions includes New Sales in the region Manage the entire Sales life cycle from lead generation to closure. This would include the following: - Prospect development Understanding business and technology scenario/needs Identifying and qualifying opportunities Product demonstrations Preparation of proposals Final negotiation and closure Implement and adopt sales processes and best practices for predictable funnel movement ESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE: Hunter & Husting mindset Rich experience in SEA and ANZ region Proven experience of selling deals with ARR $120,000 Experienced in selling Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation and e-commerce personalization platforms. Ability to perform first level platform demo. Ability and have regional connect to generate min 25% of target pipeline Open for min 10 days of travel in a month Ability to understand stated and unstated gaps Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Has strong executive presence. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE: Experience of selling retail, marketing and/or analytics solutions in the SaaS model. Experienced in engaging with C-level executives in IT, and Marketing Possess strong understanding and relationships in the Retail. Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
