- Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts
- Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to
- Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers
- Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant
- Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals
- Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved
- Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers
- Well-presented, friendly and organised
- Able to lead a team to achieve results
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Confident in engaging with customers, including handling difficult situations with frustrated or aggressive individuals
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Full working rights in New Zealand is required

- Management experience in hospitality and retail is preferable, but not required.
- Completion of McDonald’s management training program Advancing Your Leadership (AYL), previously known as LTS, SMX, or SSC, is preferable, but not required.
- A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable, but not required.
