- Supervise ACSW Social Work Manager
- Develop and nurture relationships with community partners
- Weekly clinical supervision with Social Work Manager and colleagues in other regions
- Conduct weekly group case management meetings and monthly clinical debriefs with clinical team
- Provide short-term treatment sessions, case management services, and resources and referrals to client caseload as needed
- Conduct initial appointments and intakes of assigned client cases
- Redesign curriculum & facilitate a minimum of three Heart workshops per cycle
- Complete all clinical documentation for assigned clients (Intakes, session notes, treatment plans, transition/transfer plans)
- Update client information and status on Salesforce platform for all COOP fellows assigned to caseload
- Thoroughly assess and manage crisis situations by utilizing trauma-informed modalities of treatment including but not limited to CBT, mindfulness, client-centered, strengths-based, and biopsychosocial approaches
- Provide support to COOP fellows by identifying and managing various life stressors impeding their personal and professional development
- Work closely with program managers and other colleagues to gauge and support the well-being of COOP fellows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in delivery of social work content
- Develop and adjust COOP's "heart" curriculum with the support of the Social Work team members
- Maintain a living referral system and resource guide to provide tailored interventions based on COOP fellows’ needs
- Manage a vibrant, collaborative relationships with community partners and an adept in community referral brokerage
- Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics
- California State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required for a minimum of 2 years
- Qualified Supervisor of Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) in the State of California
- Three (3) years of clinical and supervisory experience
- Commitment to anti-oppressive, anti-racist trauma trauma-informed work
- Experience in group facilitation
- Ability to treat anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem and relationship issues, PTSD, substance abuse, and sexual and physical abuse
- Strong engagement, assessment, and diagnostic skills
- Extensive knowledge of DSM 5
- Demonstrated experience with comprehensive risk and suicide assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills (written and oral) and ability to represent COOP externally to a range of stakeholders
- Willingness to adapt and contribute to COOP’s feedback-driven culture
- Ability to work non-traditional hours

- Base salary of $70,000-$85,000 (commensurate with experience)
