  • To make our customers happy and satisfied, you support our customers in all matters via Live-Chat and Email in German and English.
  • Of course we have to know our customers (KYC) - Therefore you are responsible for the verification of customer documents.
  • The execution of player winnings is also part of your job.
  • You will also occasionally have the opportunity to work on smaller projects to improve our customer operations.
RequirementsYour profile:
  • For communication with customers, perfect German language skills, spoken and written are a must have requirement.
  • In addition, you should also be fluent in English, as we are increasingly supporting international customers.
  • You should be willing to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
  • Desirable: It would be beneficial if you already have experience in customer support in the gaming area, otherwise we will be happy to teach you all the necessary skills.
  • Experiences in responsible gaming are a clear advantage.
  • Nice to have: As a sports betting operator, it would be nice if you were well versed in one or two sports.
We are also looking for the following behavioural competencies:
  • Sensitivity in dealing with customers from different countries to keep the quality of customer support high.
  • Positive attitude toward problem-solving, which goes hand in hand with continuous learning and accepting feedback.
  • You should have good time management skills and be able to work under pressure to deal with global customer enquiries.
