To make our customers happy and satisfied, you support our customers in all matters via Live-Chat and Email in German and English.
Of course we have to know our customers (KYC) - Therefore you are responsible for the verification of customer documents.
The execution of player winnings is also part of your job.
You will also occasionally have the opportunity to work on smaller projects to improve our customer operations.

RequirementsYour profile:

For communication with customers, perfect German language skills, spoken and written are a must have requirement.
In addition, you should also be fluent in English, as we are increasingly supporting international customers.
You should be willing to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
Desirable: It would be beneficial if you already have experience in customer support in the gaming area, otherwise we will be happy to teach you all the necessary skills.
Experiences in responsible gaming are a clear advantage.
Nice to have: As a sports betting operator, it would be nice if you were well versed in one or two sports.
