- Be the European relay of all internal communication matters for the business unit: animate BMS Europe social network, organize townhalls, local employee events in coordination with other Honeywell business units, coordinate organization of business events with customers.
- Lead projects to improve working environment and efficiency of the business unit team (ex: creation of intranet pages, simplification of processes, improvement of communication etc)
- Adapt the customer marketing materials to French or German speaking markets' needs. Work closely with sales and offering team to understand how to best position BMS value proposition in the local communication material.
- Manage the business unit leader operating systems: meeting schedules, content, minutes, rails and organization, calendar and travel arrangements.
- Manage the Swiss sites administration.Qualification:- Excellent computer skills (office suite), Salesforce and SAP is a plus
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills

- Bachelor level
- Fluent in minimum 2 languages - English is a must, French or German as well
