The candidate will require to possess strong technical, functional and collaborative skills to be successful in a multi-stakeholder environment.Job Description:Key SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience data analysis techniques, including data profiling; Basic knowledge with the Data Quality concepts of data cleansing, validation, and enrichment
Basic knowledge of MDM concepts, principles and practices, preferably in PIM (Product Information management) solutions
Good knowledge of data governance concepts and how workflows are used within MDM tools for data updates, ensuring quality and integrity
Align master data management processes with business requirements and objectives to support organizational goals
Conduct quality assurance reviews of master data processes, systems, and configurations to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
Understanding of Critical Data Elements and it's importance in Master Data Management
Ability to comprehend data models as it relates to master data entities
Good Analytical skills along with proficiency in SQL and working with data in Excel
Understanding of integrating master data from various sources and systems to create a single master data view, idea on persistence and survivorship rules for Critical Data Elements
Experience of working as an Analyst in at least 2 MDM projects; Familiarity with MDM tools
Understanding of business processes, requirements, and objectives to effectively translate them into data management solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and make recommendations
Ability to lead and coach junior analyst(s) in the team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
Four-year degree in Information Systems, Finance/Mathematics, Computer Science or similar
6 - 8 years of total IT experience as Data Analyst / Business Analyst
3-4 years of Master Data Management Analyst experience
2 MDM project experience
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
Experience of working in EBX is a plus
Advanced SQL experience and / OR Snowflake would be a plus
Experience in implementing PIM solutions is highly desired
