The building provides sweeping views of the city, a games area, sit and stand desks at every workstation, modern end-of-trip facilities and Thursday night drinks which gives our people an opportunity to connect in a social setting.Job DescriptionYou will lead the delivery of end-to-end payroll and ensure processes are accurate, timely, compliant, seamless and efficient across the SEEK business and that SEEK are delivering best in market payroll practices and services.Key responsibilities

Ensure all payroll processing, related information and records are maintained in accordance with internal SEEK Policies as well as statutory requirements
Manual calculations and reconciliations (i.e., terminations, leave reconciliations, Workcover and salary continuance etc.)
Ensuring EOM/EOY/other reporting & payroll activities (i.e., annual salary review, salary continuance reporting, ABS, reconciliations, payroll tax, 3rd party payments etc) are completed as required
Work with the HR Coordinators to ensure successful completion of Workday integrations
Maintaining pay records, employee records and files, leave records and related information
Ensuring data accuracy within payroll and downstream/upstream systems
Proactively keeping tabs on and updating leader and team on legislation (i.e., employment, tax, super, payroll related, security, privacy, data) and industry requirements
Management of the Payroll inbox ensuring all requests are actioned with speed, accuracy and efficiently.

Qualifications

Extensive end-to-end payroll experience
Payroll system experience (Preceda and/or Workday experience desirable)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to interpret relevant legislation and compliance
Sound judgement and decision-making that balances the employees experience as well as commercial and functional needs
Ability to adapt and contribute to a changing environment
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Capability to think differently, understand current landscape, suggest improvements, and advocate change.
