Join our committed team and help shape the future we envision.SummaryPosition Highlights:Primary purpose of this position is to be pro-active in monitoring the McKinley Campus parking garage and spaces surrounding the campus. This position will also monitor the Magnolia Campus Garage, all reserved and handicap spaces and common access work areas for illegally parked vehicles on all Moffitt Cancer Center campuses.Responsibilities:
  • Issues parking warning stickers and citations to violators and physically attaches each to vehicles of interest.
  • Maintains an archived and retrievable record of each parking violation event to include photographs.
  • Ensures employees and contractors park only in areas predesignated by an assigned decal or temporary pass.
  • Installs and removes signs, barriers, and traffic cones to safely re-direct vehicle traffic aboard Moffitt properties to designated areas during special events.
  • Ensures all parking-related signs, markings and traffic control equipment are professional in appearance and in good working condition.
  • Responds to employee and visitor questions about all parking-related issues on all Moffitt properties.
  • Reports to P&T and security of tow trucks conducting repossession on Moffitt property.
  • May also be needed for other duties and assignments deemed appropriate by the discretion of P&T management.
  • Effectively manages numerous tasks and activities simultaneously with little to no supervisory oversight.
Credentials and Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver’s License with evidence of excellent driving record
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years experience in Parking.
  • Two (2) years customer service experience (May be inclusive of overall experience).
  • 1 year experience working in a healthcare environment (may be inclusive of overall experience).
Preferred:
  • Associates’ Degree
