- Notify managers of specific guests’ needs & special requests.
- Receive guest feedback / comment / complaints & monitors satisfaction.
- Maintain & update the restaurant guest history file and database.
- Monitor efficiently all telephone calls & enquiries and maximize the telephone revenues
