Responsible for monitoring table reservations & effective control of flow of guests. Lead & seat guests & control telephone operator.Key Result Activities:

Take and supervise table reservations & effectively control the flow of guests in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover.

Ensure a strong public relation, with effective Database and company profile.

Notify managers of specific guests’ needs & special requests.

Receive guest feedback / comment / complaints & monitors satisfaction.

Maintain & update the restaurant guest history file and database.

Monitor efficiently all telephone calls & enquiries and maximize the telephone revenues

Restaurant Responsibilities Including and NOT limited to:➢ Take and supervise table reservations & effectively control the flow of guests in the restaurant ensuring maximum turnover.➢ Update client databases with relevant customer information.➢ Builds great relationships with guests and clients.➢ Always presentable and respectful to all guests and staff.➢ Motivates and adds energy between the service team.➢ Helps to bridge the gap between clients and staff by informing staff of anything unique and distinctive about each guest.➢ Offers and assists in making repeat bookings and checking with departing guests if they have any comments or suggestions.➢ Has a very good level of knowledge and understanding regarding GGG Matbakhi➢ Assists in anyway or form to improve the quality of experience for all guests.➢ Always present on the floor and assists in monitoring the productiveness of the staff, for the manager on duty
