- Retaining, strengthening, and expanding client relationships by working with producers to understand their expectations regarding client interactions and the tasks, authorities, and responsibilities delegated to the Account Executives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and assisting in new business prospecting.
- Organizing and delivering key service meetings and deliverables, including renewal planning, renewal presentations, coverage installation, annual stewardship, and brokerage performance evaluations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for select clients; attend board meetings as appropriate; introduce new products and risk management strategies.
- Serving in Lead Consultant capacity on existing accounts or appropriately transitioning responsibilities.
- Overseeing operations of team and initiatives and developing and executing growth strategy and business plan.
- Assisting with practice unit’s P&L’s, budget and forecast
- Determining appropriate staffing levels
- Communicating job expectations to other members of the team; coaching, planning, monitoring, and identifying development needs; coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Must have at least ten years of experience providing insurance and risk management consulting services to Energy clients.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- 5- 10 years of leadership and strategic planning experience
