- The Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) oversees the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervises all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance.
- The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives.
- As a Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director), you will also ensure premier customer service while facilitating resolutions of resident care issues.
- Active License as required by state law.
- Possess excellent knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, human resource development and management, nursing management, budget processes, and census and business development.
- Excellent work history in the long-term care industry.
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Previous Nursing Home Administrator (Executive Director) experience in Skilled Nursing Facility required; 1-2 years of prior experience required.
- Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
- Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large.
- Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
- Ability to maintain a neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Must be dependable.
