- High School Degree or GED Equivalent Required
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
- CPR/BLS is required.
- 1+ years of working experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in another practice is required.
- 3+ years of customer experience is preferred.
- High-level knowledge of Orthodontics and associated treatment planning
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- The ability to articulate techniques utilized in the Orthodontic field, treatment plan presentations, and CDT codes is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, service limits, PPO, Self-pay collections, and financing options is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Schedule: Full time-Monday-Friday- 8 am - 5 pm
- Direct Hire position
- Pay up to $20/hour (based on experience)
