Marketing Operations Manager

- Own our marketing technology stack and maintain and optimize existing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on both the demand gen and ABX funnels
- Own overall operational strategy for lead/account scoring, attribution, tracking, and reporting of marketing performance
- Establish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign and lead management for inbound and outbound marketing
- Proactively own process improvement while driving change and efficiencies that scale across marketing programs, systems, technologies, and reporting
- Create and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunity and pipeline creation by segment, campaign, and channel
- Support campaign operations execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management and routing, list creation, and segmentation
- Manage the hygiene and quality of marketing data
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement
- Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance
- Work with sales, finance, and business operations to ensure an accurate view of marketing performance and business contribution
- Establish documentation, templates, and training to enable marketing team members to create basic campaigns, reports, and dashboards
- Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing (minimum 3 years in marketing ops), within the SaaS industry.
- Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Marketo Measure; Marketo Certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce
- Familiarity with the following tools: Marketo Measure, 6sense/Demandbase, LeanData, Chilipiper/meeting scheduling, Drift/Qualified, Looker, Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager, Jira
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and the ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologies
- Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills and think in terms of LTV, ROI and impact on the bottom line of the business
- Experience with working with vendors and contractors
- Strong track record of developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional relationships and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, working with leaders to communicate strategies, drive action, gather insights, and gain alignment on business objectives
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization
- Eager to quickly learn and build expertise around our tech stack, go-to-market strategy, target accounts, personas, and buyer journeys
