Fachliche, personelle und disziplinarische Führung der Abteilung Quality Management
Sicherung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
Entwicklung, Einführung und Aufrechterhaltung des QM-Systems
Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von internen und externen Audits
Planung und Durchführung von Kundeninspektionen
Erstellung der Qualitätsdokumentation
Erstellung, Prüfung, Freigabe und Pflege der QM-Systemdokumentation
Bewertung, Analyse und Berichterstellung von Qualitätsdaten
Durchführung von internen Schulungen über das Qualitätssystem und internen Audittechniken
Ihr Profil:
Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Bereich Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, idealerweise mit Führungs- und Managementerfahrung
Höhere Ausbildung im Engineering (FH/HF/Uni), idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitäts- / Prozessmanagement
Kenntnisse der gängigen Standards, Normen und Richtlinien wie ISO 9001:2015, CE (Maschinenrichtlinie)
Erfahrung im Bereich ATEX sowie der Branchen Lebensmittel und Pharma von grossem Vorteil
Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit verhandlungssicheren Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und Englisch
Erfahrung in einer international tätigen Unternehmung mit globalem Fokus
