- Build and develop a high-performance direct sales (i.e., door-to-door, canvassing) program.
- Recruit, train, and lead a direct sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools for success.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop or refine systems and processes to support objectives.
- Manage team to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a high-energy and positive team culture.
- Monitor sales metrics, provide regular reports, and conduct team meetings for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and regulations for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and performance metrics while staying updated on industry trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.
- Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all company and regulatory compliance obligations.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of direct (i.e., canvassing or door-to-door) solar sales experience.
- 1+ years of leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others.
- Proven success with recruiting, training, and leading direct sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer/technology skills.
- MS Office, Salesforce, Solar Proposal Tools (Aurora, Solo, etc.) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, build relationships, and network.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A positive attitude and ability to keep moving forward.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
- Ability to ambulate, manage stairs, and be stationary for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
