  • Drafts, reviews and edits required Contract Requirements Packages (CRP) documents such as statements of work/performance work statements, contract data requirements lists, Independent Cost Estimates, Technical Evaluations and Justification & Approvals.
  • Ensures all contracting actions are executed within FAR / DFAR requirements as well as falling within scope of the applicable contract vehicles.
  • Possesses an understanding of the FAR / DFAR and is responsible for ensuring the full life cycle development of classified and unclassified CRP for products such as IDIQs, task orders, incremental funding and contract and/or task order ceiling increases.
  • Assists Project Directors and Program Managers in developing, implementing, and revising program strategy, documentation, and schedules.
  • Aides in tracking program statuses, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessments and supporting integrated product teams.
  • Analyzes and reviews contract action requirements with Project Directors to ensure requirements are within compliance of all applicable laws, regulations and policies.
  • Tracks all contract and sub-contract activities across multiple branches and product teams.
  • Participates in meetings and management reviews providing support, contract action statuses, updates and schedule impacts to Program Managers, Directors and other senior level government personnel.
  • Maintain/track current status of ongoing contract actions.
  • Prepare/modify support agreements with other Government organizations.
  • Assist COR in managing contracts/task orders.
  • Provide contractual and financial recommendations to Program Directors.
  • Monitor/track and provide analysis of financial execution of multiple programs.
  • Work with Program Directors to develop/refine annual spend plans and program priorities.
  • Prepare and present weekly financial execution status of multiple programs.
  • Lead monthly financial execution walk-throughs with Program Directors and Contractors.
  • Work with Contractor Program Managers to ensure appropriate financial execution.
  • Review GFEBS and CCaR financial execution data.
Qualified candidates must have:
  • BS in Business or Contract Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • An ACTIVE Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS SCI.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DoD acquisition management, contract management, program management, and/or relevant military experience.
  • Strong FAR / DFAR expertise.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel.
  • Ability to think strategically and be comfortable working in a fast paced, high visibility environment.
  • Ability to work independently, but also closely interact with other team members as necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • DAWIA certification, Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
