- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Stay informed about events and activities in the local area to provide recommendations to guests.
- Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including hotel management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.
