Queenstown is calling. $35 - $45 per hour (dependant on experience) RELOCATION OPPORTUNITYAre you an experienced and talented Head Baker who has a flair for creating delicious bakery morsels, the perfect fluffy loaf and has a passion for excellence and a heart for community?This is a rare and exciting opportunity to get onboard in an iconic cluster of world class venues with a focus on quality, consistency, and keeping the customers wanting more and more after every visit....About the Role:This position is all about ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment, diving into developing new and exciting bakery treats at a superior quality and influencing your co workers with your outstanding leadership skills in providing a high level culture.Responsibilities:

Putting "aces in the right places" recruitment of staff.
The creation and delivery of the epic bread production and enabling high quality products.
Collaborate with the team to upskill and provide input to strategic direction, quality management, human resources and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with all food safety standards, internal policies and the Food Control Plan.
Be proactive and take the lead on driving the continuous improvement across the production and efficiencies.
Actively manage the team including rostering, training and performance management
Product development in conjunction with the Group Executive Chef
Have a key focus on quality control, if any issues occur and solutions focused for corrections.

Requirements:Baking certification
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in leading a team
Training and development of new starters and existing employeesBenefits:Queenstown location
