- Identifying and removing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Assessing reported content and taking appropriate actions
- Working closely with other team members to recognize and combat patterns of inappropriate behavior
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and policies
- Fluent in either German or Italian, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex guidelines and procedures
- Strong ethical principles and a high level of responsibility
- Experience in content moderation or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Being part of a dynamic and diverse team in an international company
