You can learn more about our Company, Culture and Values here:We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Solutions, EverPro Mobile Solutions marketing team made up of the Joist and Invoice Simple brands.As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive full-funnel performance for two dynamic portfolio SaaS app companies. You will report to the Mobile Solutions Marketing Director, focused on partner-based initiatives. You will plan, execute, coordinate, and report on campaigns related to referrals, affiliates, in-house and external party partnerships, and influencers across the EverPro Mobile Solutions group.Our growing roster of partners includes 1st party in-house EverCommerce Home & Field Services brands, as well as 3rd party external partners: Quickbooks, Acorn Finance, Home Depot, PayPal, and Stripe.Responsibilities:Help assess and execute growth opportunities for referrals, affiliates, and influencers with marketing- and product-led growth programs that can be executed and measuredBrainstorm and execute new marketing opportunities and cross-sell opportunities between portfolio companiesPlan, create, execute, and report on marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue for several solution organizations simultaneouslyIn partnership with our Joist and Invoice Simple teams, and vendor agencies, work on partner related projects to create marketing support materials and drive partner awarenessAnalyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency; manage performance tracking of new programs, product launches, and cross-sells to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are met or exceededManage the creation of various marketing assets such as website content, email content, campaign creation, landing pages, and marketing automation workflowsDevelop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations with quarterly readouts to the senior management teamOwn partner marketing related communication platforms including daily administration of Friendbuy for referrals and PartnerStack or similar for affiliatesSkills and Experience needed for success in this role:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline4-6 years of demand generation or partner program management experience, preferably in SaaS app software and/or B2B marketProven accountability for lead generation, marketing and product-led growth, churn reduction, and associated revenue KPIsPrior management of partner marketing programs and budgets in a performance-driven environmentProven ability to think strategically, problem solve, and confidently make decisions based on prior experience and situational awarenessAbility to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change due to the high growth of the businessExcellent performance analysis and attention to detail, maintaining always-on dashboards and as-needed readouts with exceptional data storytelling skillsProven project management and presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotelyPrevious experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, Referral and/or Affiliate softwareWhere:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
