This role will focus on business development and sales planning & operations. As a Management Trainee, you will go through full product and sales skills training as well as ongoing support through mentoring. Upon completing your training, you will have responsibility for maintaining and developing relationships with your accounts across your region.*** Travel Required
As part of the MT, you will need to be flexible at business traveling which will be based on specific territorial and business needs.【Qualifications】
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1-3 years of work experience, unlimited professional background
- Willing to travel
- Fluent in English, Mandarin both verbally and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks
- Quick learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle hard problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
