Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and emails for senior managers, coordinating meetings and ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Handle travel arrangements efficiently, from flights to accommodations, with a keen eye on cost-effectiveness.
  • Support project management initiatives, participating in or leading relevant projects.
  • Assist with communications, including announcements, newsletters, and serving as an ambassador for the department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, liaising with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Take charge of visitor management and event organization, ensuring seamless logistics and hospitality.
  • Facilitate meeting management, from agenda preparation to follow-up actions, ensuring meetings run smoothly.
  • Provide IT support coordination, managing tools and resources effectively and liaising with IT support when necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders to anticipate and meet their needs, fostering collaboration and enhancing performance.
Please note that this is a temporary role for 6 months. Preferred start date: June 17th, 2024.Requirements:
  • Vocational education with relevant experience, or secondary vocational education/bachelor's level.
  • Advanced communication skills, fluent in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
  • Intermediate knowledge of stakeholder management and working in an international environment.
  • Experience in complex calendar management and proficiency in Office 365.
  • Strong coordination skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technology.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You currently live in the Eindhoven area. Our client is not open to candidates that still need to relocate.
