Associate, Dealer Quality (Remote/DFW Area)Country: United States of AmericaUSA Job Family Description: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units. Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company.USA Job Function Description: Responsible for support and monitoring of active Dealer Partners. Monitors performance, manages issues and ensures practices are in compliance with external regulations and internal policies.Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:Documents and reviews active Dealer Partners data to ensure valid and reliable data records.Follows all standard operating procedures, guidelines, and best practices to produce valid and reliable quality data for the department.Initiates telephone calls as necessary to complete reviews and clarify any inconsistencies or possible inaccuracies in data.Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of any department that interacts or serves the dealer client including policies, procedures and systems.Supports cross-functional process improvement efforts and provides feedback to other business partners.Utilizes creative methods to generate results and to foster teamwork.Identifies trends and or low performing areas of the business.Participates in team related activities and meetingsManages performance and reviews of all Dealer Partners information.Conducts monthly Dealership reviews to proactively look for trends, inconsistencies, potential fraud or other assets with the dealer’s portfolio.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 5+ Years Banking/Finance Auto/Customer Service role or related experience required.
