Our team has earned an outstanding reputation for providing QA and Special inspection services to the top contractors working in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a Construction Special Inspector (CM Inspector) to join our team! Come join us!Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:You will be part of at team providing quality assurance, testing, and special inspection services to a variety of high profile projects in the greater Seattle area. You will work on projects of medium to long duration as assigned, and be involved in the successful completion of bridges, roadways, and other local infrastructure facilities.RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
  • Possess one or more WABO/ICC Special Inspector Certifications and/or possess AWS CWI, UT level II, MT level II.
  • Ability to navigate uneven surfaces, occasionally lift 50 pounds, and climb stairs and ladders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in mobile computing technology (Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel).
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Technical Requirements:
  • Certifications especially needed in the following categories: post-installed anchors, structural masonry, shotcrete, cold-formed steel framing, and spray-applied fire resistive materials.
Other miscellaneous qualities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in mobile computing technology (Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel)
Compensation:$34 - $48 hourlyThe expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law.
