- Facilitate the account opening process and assist clients with required documentation
- Perform account maintenance tasks including but not limited to; additional contributions, fund disbursements, and name/address updates
- Process subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, and, account changes
- Create ad-hoc internal reports for sales and marketing departments
- Communicate with clients regarding inquiries on account documents, monthly statements, online access, and account inquiries
- Interact between sales and fund admin to resolve client questions and issues
- Assist in building out and maintaining the company CRM
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including answering phones, typing correspondence, filing, and photocopying
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years of client service/support or related experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills
