Calling all driven sales professionals! Salary: 10,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month VTR Industries, a leading manufacturer of premium WPC/PVC boards, frames and doors, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving growth and expanding our market reach across the construction and interior design industries. Responsibilities: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, architects, builders, and retail store owners. Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting and networking activities. Conduct insightful product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the advantages of VTR's WPC/PVC boards, frames, and doors. Negotiate and close B2B sales, securing new accounts and maximizing existing client partnerships. Provide post-sales support and maintain excellent customer service. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts. Travel extensively (100% travel) to clients across the designated region. Qualifications: Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or interior design industries. (freshers with good Communication can also be considered) Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving success in a competitive environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong product knowledge and understanding of the construction and interior design landscape. Proficiency in CRM software and relevant technology tools.
