  • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
  • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
  • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

As an independent insurance agency, we work for our clients, not one insurance company.Our hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. You will be asked to attend early morning, evening, and an occasional Saturday meeting for either networking or to support local and community events.
