Job Title:Paid Media SpecialistRoles, Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:Listed in order of importance:Develop and manage data-driven paid advertising campaigns across platforms like all types of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads, Remarketing Ad and other relevant channels based for awareness and lead generation.Conduct in-depth audience research and target the right demographics for maximum impact.Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimize campaigns for performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams, including creative designer, content and developers for generating ad copies and landing pageGenerate comprehensive reports to measure campaign success and communicate results to stakeholders.Conduct A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and other campaign elements to determine the most effective approachesSimplified Essential Skills:5+ years experience as a Paid media specialistExperience in a B2B marketing environment.Experience in running all types of Google ads, LinkedIn, native, remarketing adsExperience in implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies through paid media channelsEssential Skills:Experience in a B2B marketing environment.Experience in running all types of Google ads, LinkedIn, native ads is a must.Experience in implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies through paid media channelsExperience with conversion tracking and attribution modellingConversion OptimizationTools knowledge: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SpyFu, LinkedIn campaign manager,Essential:Technical skills aside, what are the main things you are looking for when hiring for this role?Should have run ad campaigns on multiple platforms.Good understanding of cost optimizationGood data presentation and analysing skillDesired Experience and Skills:Experience with additional platforms like YouTube Ads or programmatic advertisingHas previous experience writing for both the UK and US markets.Demonstrates the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Desired Years of Experience:5+
