Real Estate Administrative Assistant

- Assist to sales agents, clients, and other parties with all listing and transaction management
- Give world-class customer service to our client base and vendors so achieve improved brand recognition
- Purchase office supplies including marketing materials, cards for important dates, and office equipment
- Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met, and explain any challenges or issues
- Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
- Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply
- Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- This position requires some evening and weekend work
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM, Canva, email, etc.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail: Consistently exhibits meticulousness in tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work to contribute to the team's success
- Proven ability to identify and fulfill team needs: Capable of assessing team requirements and proactively taking initiative to provide support to enhance overall efficiency and productivity
