Role Summary: As the Sales Director, you will lead a team of five sales representatives and be responsible for all aspects of the sales process within the multi-family housing sector. Your main objectives will include cultivating and maintaining robust relationships with key players such as property management firms, contractors, capital investment firms, and other significant decision-makers. This position demands a proactive leader who can both manage and contribute to the team's sales efforts, ensuring successful business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, guide, and lead a sales team dedicated to multi-family re-roofing projects.
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders in the multi-family apartment industry.
  • Proactively generate leads, estimate projects, and close deals to grow your personal book of business alongside your team.
  • Strategically navigate the sales landscape to meet and exceed business targets.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the multi-family apartment sector.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a strong preference for those with specific expertise in multi-family projects.
  • Proven ability to drive new business with a proactive "hunter" mindset, with expected results within 60-90 days.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
