The Programmer will be responsible for using Siemens NX/Unigraphics to fabricate complex aerospace parts. This person should have a strong background working in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Program C.N.C. machines.
Maintain and update all N.C. program files.
Supply machine operators with set-up and run information as required.
Design, draw, and coordinate large tooling fixtures and tooling masters for use on machines.
Create flat patterns in order to machine parts.
Improve on old N.C. computer programs to increase productivity and ease of machining.
Act as liaison between Engineering, Methods and Manufacturing departments.
BS in Manufacturing Engineering or Aerospace related Engineering field AND/OR on the job experience as an NC Programmer using NX
Extensive knowledge of computers and programs (such as Microsoft office), understanding of document and data control as it relates to CNC programs and tool designs.
All employees must pass background check, drug screen, and physical and provide a copy of their HS Diploma
