- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance work and repairs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
- Facilitate resident move-ins and move-outs, including lease administration.
- Organize community events to foster a positive residential community.
- Manage property budgets and ensure expenditures are within limits.
- Oversee rent collection and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Maintain property-related documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property performance.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in property management is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various residential site offices as required.
