- Be a leader in strategy development, sourcing potential partners for foreign direct investment and/or partnerships, attracting talent and positively promoting the NEOM brand.
- Manage relationships with existing and target Neom partners across Europe.
- Develop detailed valuation models and/other financial analyses in support of due diligence activities on behalf of NEOM.
- Analyze the risk/reward and returns for investments ranging from multi-billion partnerships to smaller venture capital investments.
- Prepare materials required to facilitate internal NEOM approval of investments. Present findings to NEOM Committees and NEOM CEO.
- Assist in development and delivery of proposals and presentations to potential partners and investors.
- Spend time in Technology & Venture hubs across Europe in support of NEOM effort to build relationships and source equity investments.
- Find ways to add value to a new, growing presence for NEOM in UK and Europe.
- Interfaces will include NEOM Regions, Sectors, Neom Investment Office (NIO) and Neom Investment Fund (NIF).
- Ability to operate credibly with senior level stakeholders. Sound financial modelling skills.
- Demonstrated track record of managing high level relations with C suits of global companies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, be creative and find ways to add value.
- Entrepreneurial nature, with ability to hit the ground running.
- 20+ years of managerial experience in investments i.e., via Investment Banking, Corporate M&A and/or Private Equity in various sectors including technology sectors, real-estate, and hospitality or tourism.
- MBA and/or CFA from a top tier institution is required.
