In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • As an interface, you moderate communication between the stakeholders and the development teams.
  • You take on the tasks of the product owner if he or she is not available (deputy function).
  • You record, analyse and refine requirements and are responsible for the IT specification.
  • You accompany the implementation of the development teams and support the creation of test cases
  • You skilfully ask the right questions to the right people and suggest alternatives when technical or functional obstacles arise.
  • You analyse and evaluate business processes in the context of changes to IT systems and ensure the implementation of efficient processes.
  • You support the Scrum Master in scheduling the required resources, especially when coordinating with internal and external IT service providers.
  • You contribute your knowledge and advise and support internal stakeholders with questions about the product
RequirementsYour profile:
  • At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a business analyst in the banking/finance sector
  • You have a higher technical education in business informatics, business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • You have experience in requirements analysis, process consulting and solution design
  • You are a strong communicator, service- and customer-orientated and understand complex contexts quickly and holistically
  • Avaloq system knowledge and experience in client lifecycle management workflow are desirable
  • Experience with agile methods and tools is an advantage, e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence, Xray
