· Process Lead should demonstrate a full rounded knowledge in Connected Supply Chains and deep hands on consulting experience in implementing Packaged Solutions in the Warehouse Management, Logistics and Transportation space
· The Process Lead should have very strong process knowledge to review Client needs holistically - connecting the business processes from Products Design to Make/Procure to Inventory/Warehouse and Deliver processes.
· Acts as a Trusted Advisor, they should be able to consult clients with complex business problems in Warehouse Management - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
· Experience in Process Modeling, Design, Implementation and fine tuning the solution is required.
· Must have experience in conducting Requirement workshops for implementation engagements
· The Process lead needs to have a minimum 10+ years of leading ,S process design, BPR spanning multiple implementations. Warehousing and Distribution Solution experience across multiple Industry segments like Retail, Pharma, Hi-Tech, Consumer Goods, Automotive etc. is an added advantage
· Knowledge on these topics is important for the success of the role:
- Multiple On-Premise Cloud Implementation of ,S Implementations
- Inbound Processes including Receiving, Cross-Docking, Yard Management, Optimization and Quality
- Storage and Operations including Inventory, Slotting, Replenishment, Putaway Rules, Order Allocation and Rules
- Inventory Control - Cycle Counting, Serial Tracking, Auditing
- Outbound Processes including Picking, Wave Management, Kitting, Packaging and Shipping and Returns Management
· At least 10 year of deep hands on consulting on ERPs like SAP S4hana/Oracle Cloud with expertise in SCM areas like Inventory Planning / Distribution and Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Subcontractor process, consignment and vendor managed Inventory functions
· The Consultant should have deep Process Knowledge and hands on ERP experience in ,S with a proven track record in Inventory Cost Reduction, Improving Productivity and Accuracy in Warehouses and networked Distribution Centers
· Ability to do Process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Clienthitects
· At least 8-10 years of deep hands on consulting on Products like Oracle ,S and TMS, SAP ,S, S4Hana E,, Manhattan ,S, JDA/BlueYonder ,S or others
· Participate in business development, including customer presentations and RFP responses related to conversion lead role
· Experience in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities
· Strong Technical background, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
