Kickstart your career as an entry-level machine operator and join an industry with endless possibilities.This is an evaluation of a full-time hire position.Duties:Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.Set up machinery according to documented specifications and operate it efficiently and with high quality.Monitor machine operation to identify and correct defects or malfunctions through rework or repair.Perform minor machine maintenance following documented instructions.Actively participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean activities, contributing to process enhancements and efficiency improvements.Build products as instructed by Team Leader/Supervisor.Engage enthusiastically and positively as a dependable team member during work group/team activities.Provide input to problem-solving processes and demonstrate effective communication skills.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
Basic math skills will be required to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
At least 2 years of solid SMT machine operating experience
Understand and determine product quality to written documentation and applicable standards.
