Organizes and provides technical support to the service network and field service technicians
Manages and oversee warranty claims, escalating technical issues to regional contacts
Assists the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock levels
Coordinates the introduction of new products and monitor field tests
Conducts technical training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders
Maintains regular communication with the Sales and Pre-sales departments
Tracks and analyzes quality issues, reporting them to headquarters
Offers technical advisory support to internal and external collaborators

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: For the Service Support Specialist role, you need to have:

Technical high school graduate, degree in engineering or a related field will be considered a plus
3+ years of professional experience in technical support of HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Very good command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
Familiarity with ERP Galaxy or similar
