- Organizes and provides technical support to the service network and field service technicians
- Manages and oversee warranty claims, escalating technical issues to regional contacts
- Assists the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock levels
- Coordinates the introduction of new products and monitor field tests
- Conducts technical training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintains regular communication with the Sales and Pre-sales departments
- Tracks and analyzes quality issues, reporting them to headquarters
- Offers technical advisory support to internal and external collaborators
- Technical high school graduate, degree in engineering or a related field will be considered a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience in technical support of HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Very good command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with PC programs, including MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP Galaxy or similar
