Senior Manager - Training Lead

• Drive programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the group.
• Support tech leadership in planning and executing a wide array of impactful projects and programs, with support from cross-functional partners in HR, Engineering leadership, L&D, Communications, and Sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Digital stakeholders to understand key priorities and objectives and then develop and cross leverage content across different communication channels.
• Execute End to end the employee town hall
• Manage strategic annual roadmap kick-off, fireside chats, and other internal communication campaigns
• Build and manage leadership blogs, client success stories, employee and leadership team communication channels
• Research and develop content for the CTO's speaking engagements and presentations, ensuring consistent messaging
• Manage Tech leadership meetings, identify themes and narratives, and map them to building content strategy
• Build and develop the content strategy and capability decks for client pursuits and influencer relations

• Flair for writing with basic search engine knowledge. An ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
• Great research skills
• Great PowerPoint presentation skills A knack for editing and proof reading with good research skills. Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
• Good at writing technical content
• Good communication skills Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog.
• Ability to write descriptions for the given concept. Concept research capability. Proofreading and editing skills. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
