- Manage a team across multiple initiatives to ensure training needs exceed expectations.
- Conduct needs analysis, design scalable learning solutions, and training strategies.
- Work with training team to identify learning and performance objectives and measure results.
- Develop and enhance knowledge-based content.
- Act as the key point of contact for new projects and initiatives, conducting project assessments and identifying stakeholders, systems, tools, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Design educational programs that include outlines, text, handouts, tests, and presentations.
- Ensure performance and analyze progress and risks.
- Communicate project direction, approach, priorities, events, and status.
- Continuously improve/customize existing programs and courses.
- Work closely with stakeholders and key players to drive the team to success, focusing on scope, budget, and timeline on medium to large size projects.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs to propose appropriate solutions.
- Work with executive and team leadership to strategically research and develop profitable services for client needs and growth programs.
- Leverage change management, risk management, and resource management methodologies and practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports (project charters, work breakdown structures, etc.).
- Coordinate, manage, and plan with cross-functional teams/departments to ensure project success.
- Maintain regular stakeholder communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges and addressed in a timely manner.
- Establish critical paths, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
- Analyze project control documents (such as plans and budgets) to determine common project performance metrics.
- Manage project plan integration and coordination as necessary to adhere to agreed-upon timelines and deliverables schedules for individual projects.
- Adapt to changes in business needs and act as a lead facilitator when needed.
- Be able to work on several project simultaneously with varying scope and effectively prioritize workload to ensure deliverables are met.
- Have knowledge and understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Be comfortable with formally documenting policy.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to coordinate multiple small to medium-sized efforts simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be able to influence others and work cross-functionally.
- Be able to manage project stakeholder expectations and drive project decisions and execution.
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and challenges.
- Have excellent problem-solving ability.
- Undergraduate Degree preferred.
- Experience in a similar role or relevant field.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.
- CAPM or PMP certification is helpful but not required.
