We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Procurement You should have a good French language level to do the job right. You will work as part of a large and friendly team so it&rsquos meaningful to be a teammate. We like customer leadership skills as well as a keen eye for details and problem solving demeanour! Responsibilities This role is a key link between your clients and their providers, as you will monitor the process of supplies' delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement which include: . Req to PO knowledge - should have knowledge of Invoice processing, Issue resolution, . Good Communication skills - should be able to handle conversation with clients . Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel . Invoice processing - Processing of PO and non Purchase order invoices . Customer service: Respond to customer queries on calls and emails . Basic accounting skills - Knowledge of basics of accounting (golden rue of accounting and journal entries) . Analyzing order trend of customer and raise flag if any discrepancy . MIS reports & Dashboard creation . Knowledge on reading contract to understand various clauses . Understanding of invoice hold and follow ups (preferred) Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications . University graduate . Advanced French language skills .
