(other RHIM locations in Austria also possible)About the jobAs part of our global project execution & engineering team, your primary responsibilities will involve supporting CAPEX portfolio management. You will support project managers in the approval and follow-up of projects in our project management tool. You will actively participate in the functional administration of project creation, application submission, maintenance of approval matrices, and project reporting. The quality assurance review of project application and project status documents also falls under the scope of this role. You will have the opportunity to travel globally up to 10% of your working time.In addition, your tasks will include
  • Preparing monthly to quarterly reports & advising on CAPEX performance
  • Ensuring compliance verification of project preparation
  • Authorizing workflows of compliant projects, according to guidelines and budgets in force
  • Supporting management to overview the project portfolio by regions and categories

  • A bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, project & portfolio management or similar
  • Relevant professional experience in project management including setting up and coordinating relevant processes
  • Knowledge of asset accounting and financial reporting, including monitoring and tracking of capital projects
Languages
  • English - fluent
  • Any other language will be considered an asset
Work Experience
  • A few years of professional experience in the field of project management, finance and reporting

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 48,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
