We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This includes tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general office duties as needed.Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations, welcoming and assisting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Undertake clerical tasks including bookkeeping, filing, and record maintenance.
- Process invoices accurately using designated software systems.
- Coordinate unit drop-offs and adhere to procedural guidelines.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Distribute mail and parcels efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative office experience preferred.
- Background in accounting or operations is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test.
- $18-$21 hourly depending on experience and qualifications
- Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm
