  • Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights
REQUIREMENTS
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Schedule appointments within 24 hours for assigned leads
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist customers through all stages of the insurance or retail sales process
  • Gather and upload required documents, forms, photos, etc. for each sold job
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments prior to job moving into production
  • Upload any receipts, for reimbursement or otherwise, to Acculynx job file
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • In the event a customer wants a refund or to back out of contract, PM should defer to
  • management and not discuss options with customers
  • Respond to questions in Acculynx within 24 hours
  • Update Acculynx with every customer contact or attempted contact
  • Reach published sales targets
  • Wear branded clothing to all appointments and customer interactions
  • If provided, adhere to truck policies, including cleanliness of vehicle
  • Document initial findings related to quality control issues with photos and CRM update
  • Assist in the collection of payments from customers
  • Perform 40+ hours of work per week in office, in field or in a training environment,
