- Manage the onboarding process for your assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition and early success.
- Act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams, using Slack, video calls, and email to maintain clear and continuous communication.
- Proactively monitor client performance, suggesting improvements and optimizing strategies for better results.
- Resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective client-side support.
- Conduct regular check-ins and perform proactive checks to maintain and enhance the long-term health of client relationships.
- Utilize our suite of products to provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Based in US Central Time Zone
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong foundation and technical fluency in AdTech, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Thorough understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and its technologies.
- Proficiency with SSP dashboards and CRM systems.
- Proven strategic problem-solving and client management skills.
- Positive demeanor, with the agility and focus necessary to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional patience and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with short bows and giant space hamsters.
- Proven ability to carry exceptional amounts of loot.
